When a current active employee refer's a friend or relative to this agency for employment, and that person is hired and works 40 hours, the referring employee is eligible for a bonus. The current employee must notify the office that they are referring a new applicant, and the applicant must indicate the employee's name on the application.
When employees incur mileage expenses, or any other expenditure of their own money in the course of their duties, the agency will reimburse those expenses provided the employee has received prior approval for the expense. Actual mileage and all expenses must be reported on the proper form along with receipts for expenses. Mileage expenses will be reimbursed at an established rate. A supervisor must review and approve all expenses prior to submission to the payroll department.
Expense reports should be submitted weekly with time slips.
Employees who accept a last minute assignment for an assignment that occurs or begins within the same time will recieve a bonus.
